EDUCATIONAL ROBOTICSAbstract
This article describes a project that aims at the design and implementation of an integrated development environment for educational robotics. This environment, called Physical Bits, has a set of features that allow teachers to offer to students an interactive programming experience based on a hybrid block/code language. A survey of similar tools was carried out and their characteristics were compared, demonstrating the unique character of this environment. Finally, the results after
applying the environment in a robotics workshop with high school students are described
