How to use the Business Model Canvas to reduce risk

The VUCA environment in which organisations operate today is characterised by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA, from the acronym Volatility, Uncertatinty, Complexity and Ambiguity) (Maxwell P.Thurman 1991). In this scenario, companies are forced to adapt to the continuous changes that attack their strategic programming and professional routines. This is where there is a need to have a clearer picture in order to plan, to prepare, to know the strengths and, most importantly, the weaknesses that need to be modified. There are different tools that can support the entrepreneur in the planning of his strategy. In this article we will present some of them, as a first step to be able to face the new challenges
