Today, data is an essential resource for all public administration activities, and it is necessary that it be up-to-date, clear and complete. Although several works related to this topic focus on the opening of public data in the portals of government institutions, there is little research focused on the content of the datasets made available. The emphasis on the study of data quality allows technologies to improve their use, handling and distribution to citizens. Which in turn allows greater citizen participation and transparency of state entities. This work focuses on the implementation of several standard metrics, which support quality criteria principles to help in the correct processing and interoperability of data. The use of quality metrics favors the framing of indicators that allow obtaining cleaner data to help in the final analysis through quantitative analysis
